Flights
When booking a fly/cruise package, flights are wholly determined and allocated by the relevant cruise line. Therefore, carrier, routing, aircraft or timings cannot be guaranteed. This may mean that the flight allocated to you may not necessarily be direct nor the quickest route available. Cruise Lines will always try their best to provide you with suitable flights that fall within the flight cost allocated to your booking. Sometimes a supplement can be paid which may allow you to choose your air arrangements. Please contact us if you have any specific requirements.
Cabins
If your booking has been made on a “guarantee” basis, meaning that you have been guaranteed a particular grade of stateroom or higher, we will notify you of your cabin number upon receipt of this information from your cruise line. A particular cabin grade does not necessarily guarantee a particular deck or cabin type, merely an obligation by your chosen cruise line to allocate you the booked cabin grade or higher as per the cruise line’s cabin categories which can be found in their brochure/website. Once a cabin has been allocated you may still be upgraded prior to your departure at the discretion of the cruise line.
